Hi there, my name is Angelina, though most people simply call me Angel. I am the proud momma of Body and Being LLC. I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist for six years, supported by more than eight years of focused education in physiology, anatomy, and pathology. My journey into massage therapy began with a simple desire: to help people feel better in their bodies.

I’m passionate about using the skills I’ve cultivated through advanced training and countless hours of hands‑on bodywork to ensure every client receives meaningful, effective care. I specialize in therapeutic bodywork designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long‑term wellness. My training includes prenatal massage, neuromuscular therapy, kinesiology, medical massage, and hot stone therapy, allowing me to create customized treatments for each client—from targeted deep‑tissue work to deeply restorative relaxation sessions.
